With Home Working becoming ever more prevalent – parents with  children under six can now legally request more flexible working  arrangements - it has brought with it its own unique set of  administration and cost issues

Home Worker Controller has been developed to address these.

• The facility for each home worker to log on or off from their own handset
• Home workers are immediately recognised by the system and their status activated
• Companies or organisations can point any or all calls to home workers as and when necessary – and in a seamless fashion
• Features exist in the same way as if the home worker was office based
• Where home worker fails to respond, calls can be redirected to next appropriate person
• Selection and prioritisation of which home worker to take the call can be made based on such criteria as geographical location or individual skill set
